The Tekeyan Cultural Association and the Sardarabad Daily fraternally greet the community on the occasion of the Christmas of the Armenian Apostolic Church, one of the deepest and most meaningful celebrations of our spiritual tradition.
For the Armenian Apostolic Church, Christmas Eve is celebrated today and Christmas tomorrow, in accordance with the ancient Christian tradition that jointly commemorates the Nativity and the Epiphany of Our Lord Jesus Christ on January 6. Far from being a circumstantial difference, this celebration expresses the Armenian Church’s fidelity to a millennia-old liturgy, preserved uninterruptedly as an essential part of our people’s identity.
In a world marked by uncertainty and fragmentation, this Christmas invites us to reflect on the value of faith, memory, and cultural continuity. The light that is kindled on this night symbolizes not only the birth of Christ, but also the hope that has accompanied the Armenian people throughout their history, even in the most difficult times.
May this celebration renew our commitment to the spiritual, human, and cultural values that unite us as a community, strengthening the bonds between Armenia and the diaspora, and reaffirming our collective responsibility to pass this legacy on to future generations.
Քրիստոս ծնաւ եւ յայտնեցաւ։
Ձեզի մեզի մեծ աւետիս
Christ is born and revealed.
Good news for you and for us.
